PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Collecting, recording, organizing, storing, updating, modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, providing by means of forwarding, dissemination, or any other form of provision, bringing together, relating to one another, as well as shielding, erasing or destroying your Personal Data.
Seal & Go collects your information when you sign up for an account. Once you have registered with us, you are not anonymous to us anymore. Page visits may also store information about your computer configuration such as your IP address, cookie information and the pages you requested.
Seal & Go will use this information to help make changes to improve our services. We also use the information to customize content on the site that will be displayed to you. Seal & Go will never sell or disclose your information to third parties without your explicit permission.
When you register your baggage, you will be asked to share the following information with us:

- Description of your baggage (type, color, description)
- Information about your travel destination (accommodation name, address, city, country and phone number, home address)
When you find someone else’s baggage, you will be asked to share the following information with us:

SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Seal & Go will never distribute or sell personal information from its users to any third party unaffiliated with Seal & Go, except to provide products or services that you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims
Seal & Go BV may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the email address specified in your Seal & Go BV’s SEAL & TRACE account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
QUESTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Seal & Go’s Seal & Trace service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and service notifications, that are considered part of your Seal & Trace account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them. You can delete your Seal & Trace account by clicking on ‘Remove account’. After this, you will no longer receive any messages.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies” (text files placed on your computer) to help the website analyze how visitors use the site. The anonymous information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is transferred to, and stored by, Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to keep track on how this website is used, to create reports on website activity for the owner of this website (Seal & Go) and to offer other services with regard to website activity and Internet usage.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

You will receive a response on your request, within four weeks. Is your Personal Data incorrect, incomplete, not relevant for the purposes for which they have been used or otherwise contrary to the AVG or other legislation? Then you are entitled to correction of your Personal Data. Correction means improvement, addition, removal or protection of your Personal Data.
In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data, the right to have less data processed, the right to withdraw your data and the right to data portability. Personal Data is personal and must remain so. We find it just as important as you that your Personal Data does not end up on the street or is processed unlawfully. To be able to protect your Personal Data, we use security software such as a virus scanner and firewall, passwords for electronic systems, a secure Internet connection, backups and encryption.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
We do not store your personal data for longer than strictly necessary for the implementation of the purposes. The collected Personal Data is used and stored for the duration as determined by Dutch law.
